So that brings me to the next question - when does xerces 3.0 and xalan
1.11 release officially? Sorry for the bother. If it is not going to be
anytime soon, then I will rely on earl goodman's approach building
xerces 2.7 and xalan 1.10 with vc8.
Xerces-C 3.0 is held up because it won't build on all of the supported
platforms. Until the build issues are resolved, it won't be released.
Rather than hacking up Xalan-C 1.10, I suggest you simply use the head of
the Xalan-C repository, as it's more stable than Xalan-C 1.10. It will
build with either Xerces-C 2.7, or with the head of the Xerces-C repository.
