Glad to hear that it's working for you now. I do only have one selection enabled. As far as copying the tile cache from one machine to another goes, then I think there is also a database involved, but I don't know enough about how that is used to know if it would be simply a case of copying the database files as well as the cache or whether it is also used for other data.
