Thanks for the feedback.  While there is still a good bit of Night in
this skin, I am developing it to be a skin in and of itself with some
shared views from Night.  At this point all of the dialogs, fonts,
textures, menus, et al are different and the views are being rehashed
and added to.  If it is still considered too close to Night, I can
appreciate that and will wait to submit until I have implemented more
changes/diversification from Night.

That aspect aside, to your specific points:

1.  Size is down to 60mb now.
2.  Thumbs.db gone and added to .gitignore
3.  Tested and passed on linux.  Looks like case should not be an issue.
4.  addon.xml updated to 3 part.
5.  Icon updated, though my graphic skills are a bit lacking to say the least.
6.  backup/copy files removed
7.  Pretty sure all of the xml file errors/issues have been addressed.

Thanks for the consideration and feedback.  I fully understand if it
is not 'unique' enough at this point in time.
