Yes, a guy from SoundCloud contacted me directly via email. We exchanged a
couple of messages and agreed on "Cloud of Sound" for name, but nothing
specific for the logo.
I haven't been able to find the guildelines on their developer website yet,
so see the relevant parts of his first email below:

We have decided to be more strict in terms of letting third-party apps use
> our name and logo. The goal is to make it more clear what apps are official
> and also avoid having our logo and name tweaked without our involvement.
>
> To make it "equal for everyone", it would be great if you could help us by
> renaming the "XBMC SoundCloud Plugin" and take our logo out of your logo.
> Sorry for asking, but we felt that it was time to do something before we get
> too many apps, and I hope it's not too much of a problem to change it!

> We'll put some guidelines up on the site soon, but the short story is:
> - don't use the word "SoundCloud" in the app name
> - don't use the SoundCloud logo in the app logo
> - make it clear that the app is "connected to SoundCloud", "powered by
> SoundCloud", etc. in the app description
> - do not tweak our logo if you use it in the app or description

What happens now with your Lotus Notes apps - do you make another costly
upgrade, or settle for being marooned without product support? Time to move
off Lotus Notes and onto the cloud with Force.com, apps are easier to build,
use, and manage than apps on traditional platforms. Sign up for the Lotus
