There's this: http://soundcloud.com/developers/policies#trademark Doesn't sound very restrictive at all. Why would they distribute a "logo pack" containing vectorized EPS logos when they don't want anybody to use them? Can't you convince the guy to change the logo into something that makes it clear it's not officially from them but still use the soundcloud logo? I mean people should know it's about soundcloud, otherwise it doesn't make much sense. And BTW you can tell them I registered for a paying account because I got to know about soundcloud in XBMC. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What happens now with your Lotus Notes apps - do you make another costly upgrade, or settle for being marooned without product support?
