What I loathe about the app store is that it nukes the installer when it's done. When we're in a place with great bandwidth, even then, the whole install process takes too long because of the size of the thing. What I want when downloading something that is an installer is to route the installer into a folder called Installers, and if there is a zip file, then remove that and leave me with a fully functioning installer that I can keep or choose to get rid of it I want. It's really much easier to get the installable tools in house and then send them out to your team than have everyone mess with the crApp Store and end up with problems like this.
