I prefer option #1 with tabs, primarily because it puts all filing
operations on one page. I have some questions:

- How does turnpoint selection work? Is it still the 5.2.4 method which
required scrolling to select the initial letter(s) or does it use a
virtual keyboard so that if you know the TP's trigraph it can be typed
in? If this isn't yet decided, I vote for the latter, together with
using the same keyboard for naming and renaming the task file.

- Is the Task properties page design complete yet? It needs at a minimum
a way to override the start and end properties (e.g. line and line
length or volume and radius, base and top, without having to change
  those via the setup pages.

- Is a simple AAT on/off switch enough? That would work for most UK
comps, but not for Competition Enterprise, which also uses the Cats
Cradle and other more exotic forms.

- How are the shape and size of AAT turnpoints defined? I for one would
like to see proposed designs for these as well.

A suggestion: It may be worth making a set of clickable web pages to
allow reviewers to navigate between pages if this can be done without
too much effort, e.g. by putting maps behind captured screen images.

This would give the reviewers a much better feel for how the editor is
expected to work.
