You should ask your regional contest. XCSoar provides the infrastructure: it generates a G-record, and we offer a program which validates IGC files according to the IGC standard. However, being a software logger, the G-record is not secure. It can be faked easily (just like any other software logger). Wheter that kind of fake security is acceptable is the contest's choice.
