I am also experiencing more crashes with the 6.x series on my iPaq HX4700
ranging from complete system lock up to just exiting from XCSoar to the OS.
The crashes seem intermittent, and I can't isolate what the issue is.  My
next flights I will revert to 5.x series to see if the crashes persist.
