It´s not about connecting buttons to the IOIO, but about a good concept how
to use XCSoar with some kind of remote control.

Would a rotary knob with an "Enter" pushbutton and an extra "Esc" button be
enough? Or would it be better to have more rotary knobs? (The SN10 has 3 for
page selection, selection of menu items on page and change of values.). Or
would it be better to have arrow keys like the ClearNav remote keypad?
Should it be possible to completely control XCSoar from the remote
(including setup), or should the remote control only the most important
features required in flight?

If anybody comes up with a good concept, I´d be happy to build a prototype
for testing.
Michael
