- What hardware platform? *T-Mobile Galaxy Note Android* - What GPS? * LX Nano and/or Galaxy Note BlueTooth*
- Connected to a flight computer? If so, is it a cable connection or BlueTooth, or …? Hoping to be using *XCSoar on the Galaxy Note and the LX Nano for everything via BlueTooth* (have not tried this yet – just got both devices) - Is BlueTooth reliable and easy to use? Hoping to find out soon. - If you are using cables, where did you get them? *Hoping to avoid cables*. Have ordered and am waiting for 5400 mAh batttery for Galaxy Note from here: http://www.mugen-power-batteries.com/at-t/at-t-samsung-galaxy-note-sgh-i717-usa.html http://www.mugen-power-batteries.com/at-t/at-t-samsung-galaxy-note-sgh-i717-usa.html I like to buy what I can from Cumulus because I like to support the outstanding efforts you make to providing quality info and gear for the sport. I must admit that in this case, I did get the phone from T-Mobile because you don’t sell it and the Nano was a crazy cheap deal $450 used from a member at my soaring club (Windy City Soaring). But I have and will continue to buy from Cumulus when I can. All that said, if you can direct me to a good resource for XCSoar set up and use especially with android and an LX Nano, that would be helpful. Thanks for all you do for the sport. I hope this is still heplful. -- View this message in context: http://xcsoar.1045713.n5.nabble.com/Getting-up-to-Speed-with-XCSoar-tp4823375p5710060.html Sent from the xcsoar-user mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
