I'm strongly opposed to everything
commons-jelly-*-SNAPSHOT  - it took a load of work to
eliminate all the snapshot jelly dependencies, as they

provide a huge potential of incompatibilities between
each oher ( and also maven... ) - unless you provide a
good ground for it. 

Why do you need this?
