I though of a self build timestamp release because of some concerns
regarding the availability of timestamp snapshots at apache.org. But that is
a problem under resolution :)

Regarding ibiblio, that is a no option. Related talks at commons-dev mailing
list led into deleting snapshot releases from ibilio (letting timestamp
builds for historical purposes) and from now on, it seems that all
non-release versions of commons-project's will end up at
http://cvs.apache.org/repository (where btw, are the releases I mentioned)
