Yeah, that was exactly the point I made two days ago, when I told you
XeTeX was apparently unable to read correctly the GPOS. Me too I've the
2.068 version dated 2004.
Now, gentlemen, since it's obvious a patch won't be released soon, I beg
you to provide me a workaround that doesn't force me to undergo the epic
effort of manually kerning the book.
