Nope. I'm using a single 19" CRT hooked up to the VGA output; the DVI
connector is completely disused -- not even the adapter is connected.

I get exactly the same results with and without mga_hal loaded. Upon
checking the logs, the modelines match exactly.

It isn't in my case. I'm seriously thinking about buying a 17" LCD for
my new home system, once I have the cash together; I could bring the
purchase forward and give it a run at work.
