My opinion is that we just bring this into the project and then get you guys commit. I've been wondering about the scratchpad idea, I see it mentioned a lot on the cocoon list but I'm not clear on exactly what it is.
Is it just a directory named scratchpad where committers throw work in progress? If so we definitely need something like that.
