George, please note that you should not checkout the repositories to "Desktop" (in Japanese, DESUKUTOPPU/katakana) dir. It might cause the ant (or cocoon) error when use "forrest site" at the checked-out dir. Check out to "Non-Japanese name folder". To create patches (diff -u format) via WinCVS, see http://jakarta.apache.org/site/source.html this might be a help.
