Yoeu should most definitely take a look at the NEON/PaperFree EC Map
product. I just had a quick look at it last week, and I'm impressed. It
appears to me that it will provide all of the functionality you need,
including the EDI syntax validation and the transformation of XML-to-EDI,
EDI-to-XML, plus the hand-off to Java.
