to transmit healthcare provider information. The 274 includes but is not
lim-ited
to the following:
� a request to apply to or register with a health plan or provider network

� provider directories (guide x110)
� a request for verification of credentials and the related response (no
current
guide)
� a request to update provider information (no current guide)
� healthcare provider rosters (no current guide)

Simplification website which provides the list of the initial set of EDI
standards mandated"
