Is cs the language of the locale of your desktop? May be there is a confusion between cs (the language) and cz (the country)? If everything is OK with xxe.bat (without hacking xxe.bat by forcing system properties with -D), then everything should be OK with XMLmind_XML_editor.exe, otherwise this is a problem that we, XMLmind, will have to solve. PS: I'm forwarding this message to the mailing list to ensure that nobody else will attempt to localize XXE in cs as you have almost finished to do it.
