Got it now, thanks again for your help. I am finding it easier each day. My boss prefers the purest emacs route rather than a wysiwyg approach, but I think that this route for me will be so much faster and easier, let alone the auto spell check. BTW....on the spell check, is there a way I can add other words, such as the technical names we have for things?
