Yes, but you need to record a macro (available only on Professional
Edition).

See
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/help/toolsMenu.html#recordMacroMenu

[1] Click anywhere at the top of your document.

[2] Esc m = start recording.

[3] Esc g = Find Element. Specify the type of element, the attribute
name, the attribute value. Click OK.

See
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/help/com.xmlmind.xmleditapp.command.XPathSearchDialog.html

[4] The found element is now selected. Use the attribute tool to change
the value of the attribute. Press Enter to go back to the document view.

The most efficient sequence of commands is: Ctrl-E, type "linkend",
press Enter, type the new value, Press Enter. See
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/user/being_productive.html#auto_completion

[5] Press Tab to move out of the selected element.

[6] Press Esc m = stop recording.

[7] Press Esc p = replay macro as many times as needed.
