I have installed a number of url http links and that is fine, using now the
ulink and this shows the defined url in the attributes. But, for the email,
this is not connecting as I would think. I highlight the text I want to set
as an email (in this case my name), set it as 'email' and this shows on the
node bar as book=chapter=sect1=para=email. If I select the 'email' element,
none of the attributes are available to define the email address. This
worked for the unlink.
