Dear Hussein, this is not exactly what I was looking for. What I like to centralize is the personal spell checking directory normally stored under C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\XMLmind\XMLeditor\spell\. I guess I could alter the XXE_USER_PREFERENCES parameter but that would in my opinion mean that also the preferences.properties file and the custom folder would be centralized.
