--> I've never tested this in the case of dictionaries, therefore I'm not 100% sure that it can work: * Let's say your dictionaries (.dar files) are found in \\myserver\xxe\dicts (If possible use a drive letter, e.g. Z:\xxe\dicts, rather than an UNC filename) * Make sure that all XXE users have the following environment variable defined set XXE_ADDON_PATH=\\myserver\xxe\dicts;+ * Restart XXE. --> All this is documented here: http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/configure/lookup_phase.html
