I'm sorry but there is no way to centralize just the personal spell checking directory. Why not compile your own dictionary (a text/plain list of words is OK) and merge it with a stock one? It is not not very difficult to do so. See "Dictionary Builder" http://www.xmlmind.com/dictbuilder.shtml
