A compilation does not seem sensible to me, because we are three co-workers adding specific terminology and spelling to our local spell files in German and English. It would have been nice to have a centralized spell directory where changes made by one of us would apply to all other future spell checks on all workstations (in Word we could use the options/location for files tab to define such a directory). Maybe something similar could be added as a parameter to XXE_USER_PREFERENCES? Best regards

Why not compile your own dictionary (a text/plain list of words is OK) and merge it with a stock one? It is not not very difficult to do so.
