We don't use a license manager therefore there is no way to technically
enforce this legal restriction.

Moreover, this is absolutely not what we want. What we want is simply:
one license allows one concurrent user of XXE Pro, anywhere in the
world, on any number of machines, on any machine (machine at work,
personal machine at your home, machine lend by your company for your
home use, etc), whatever the OS of the machine.

It is is now very common to do so.

We are aware of this ``bug'' in the license and we'll fix it in the next
version of Professional Edition License.
