I'm not an X guru, but instead of having

Section "ServerFlags"
        Option "Xinerama"
EndSection

have u tried removing this section. and then just using
startx.

this should give u basically 2 versions of x running, one on each monitor.
u can however move the mouse between both, just not windows.

If this works, then try using
startx -- +xinerama
to start up X.

this would be my first step in trying to debug. if that works, u can edit
/usr/X11R6/bin/startx by adding +xinerama to the xinit line at the bottom of file.

on a side note, u'r log file stated a problem w/ video ram probing so it set it to
only 4mgs
u may want to manually add the correct amount to the XF86Config file.

hope this helps in some way in u'r venture.
