I tried it with v0.8 that I pulled from your git and it did not work. I gave up
and went with USB Network Gate. Also, one of the systems I have to support
is OpenSuse 13.0 and getting xrdp to even run on that system is next to
impossible.

Smart-card support is only in v0.8. We tested with rdesktop and
mstsc. All applications I could find worked. Even some Firefox
plugins. Thanks to Gustavo for helping to test this.
Also, you need to replace libpcsclite.so
v0.8 is in beta now.
I have a wiki here that I can expand on. I'll explain what you need
to do to use it.
