Tina,

I have been in a similar situation. I was working on a pillow in shades of
blue. It was very country. When I was just about finished, we moved to a
new house. Our new house is much more *modern* -- Palm Beach Contemporary
style. It is also completely done in forest green and white. I put the
pillow top away in the cedar chest. Several months later I pulled it out to
work on it. I found that I really didn't care for it anymore. My tastes had
changed. I debated -- finish it, throw it away, you MUST finish it, GET A
LIFE - throw it away. LOL I did throw it away and for the briefest
moment had a little regret -- wasted fabric/floss, etc... But, I did get
over it quickly and moved on to projects that I really want to do.

I hope your decision will come easily. PS: Sounds like a very
level-headed daughter you have. :-)
