People should to the commit from the changes buffer in order to write good log
messages and see only the modified files.
Or what reasons/use-cases are there to do it from the inventory buffer?

tla changes on marked files in inventory buffer may be useful.
tla commit on marked files in the buffer is already provided.
However, the interface is not enough obvious and clear. Users may be afraid to
use it. They may wonder whether all changes are
commited or only changes on the marked file when typing C-cC-c.

To know which files I commit I have added a list of them to the bottom of the
change log. This is similar to svn. The patch for this is in
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
