Sure, but our inventory buffer does not display the status
of the file, so it is not exactly the same and while its
o.k. to leave the "=" binding in the inventory buffer [1], I
think we should not provide a way to directly commit from it
... my reasons are still the same, why would I do a commit
without being sure what I commit.

I never meant to drop the binding and in fact it is cool to
switch between tla-buffer with a single key stroke  ...
