Good. Anyway, those commands are potentially harmfull (not too much because you
are prompted before deleting, but ...), so, it's not really a problem to have a
longer key sequence.

As we are talking about key bindings for inventory: We should have a command to
select a directory recursively (PCL-CVS has this). How about using the prefix
`D' for commands applied recursively?

D m => mark recursively
D a => Add directory and its subdirectories
D r i => remove directory recursively
D r f => delete directory recursively
