That looks like a fatly graphic / video card (as per your link). I have never 
had any problems with Xubuntu/Windows dual boot. It's been running perfectly 
well with any USB sticks, CD drives, and so on. I only had to re-install the 
wifi driver in the beginning and that was it. Although I could never get this 
Viber to run on Xubuntu but that's only because mine is 32-bit architecture and 
Viber is 64 only so it will never ever run given this configuration. Other than 
that I am really happy with my Xubuntu 18.04 as it runs fantastically well and 
almost at lightning speeds despite the fact that the machine is my 'oldie' one. 
Xubuntu really revived it back and breathed new life into my old computer.

I gave up on Xubuntu for similar reasons, and moved to Ubuntu Mate.
No issues, and everything works
