AFAIK, the XVR-100 is basically a Radeon 7000, so will there be Mesa DRI support for this? That would make it sort of 3D accelerated, not optimal maybe, but maybe enough to provide some additional performance, important given the limited bandwidth on 33 MHz PCI typically available on older systems. (that is, to the extent work can be done on the card, it may make an end run around that bandwidth bottleneck) This message posted from opensolaris.org
