The problem with that is while the SPARC Xsun drivers are redistributable,
Xsun itself is not.   Indiana for SPARC will only be possible with Xorg
drivers, such as the open source ones Martin Bochnig ported.

Xorg & the kernel are open source - there's nothing more to open up
there, and nothing stopping them aside from the small size of the market
for SPARC graphics cards.
