I did not say, I couldn't handle this, I guess I would. But not without at least one reference_-_Xsun_driver_module in src (under NDA). Plus "more" feedback / interaction from you. Further: I find it very interesting that nobody responds. I didn't write you all the messages because I needed a chat partner or something: I only wanted to keep you informed in terms of the current findings and progress (plus giving a better understanding of why it takes that long). Some of my statements have been profound, and a lot of effort/testing/thought and $$$ had been required to find them out, ah sure: Also time. Do what you want, I must be stupid anyways. To waste all my money and time and enthusiasm. Any toilet cleaner is worth more to you (in fact Thousands each month!), than what I am doing, and doing. I, a hopelessly bankrupt student who has 20 _different_ sparc testing machines (which I all had to pay for by myself, with virtually all SUNW-labeled frame buffer models ever produced) in his 25 square meters single-room appartment, am pumping all my resources into a Multi billion Dollars Company. And when I recently applied for a job as "Sun Opensource University Ambassador m/f for Technichal University Berlin" (which is where I am immatriculated at), I DID NOT EVEN GET A RESPONSE, not even get a decline message. Exactly right: I'm getting older and older, but am still student of Maths. But what are the reasons??? Because I don't have a paid job, yet tons and tons of work? And no time? It's comparable to the dilemma of the homeless, and I'm almost there: No job without a home, no home without a job. I urgently need a job, one where I get (a bit) money. Plus I need to finish my studies (which means no Solaris) It's all a waste of resources here. And apparently even an un-appreciated one, then ok. lbnl: Don't be surprised, if I release the pkgs, tree and global diff until Wednesday. Let me conclude with two quotes: "I'll always tell you when I've said something profound. And the reason I do is that I found out a few years ago that an incredibly high percentage of my audiences do not recognize my profound statements when I make them unless I tell them that this is profound." Zig Ziglar "Lack of unerstanding of this fact has been the source of confusion to millions of people who falsely believe that "knowledge is power". It is nothing of the sort! Knowledge is only potential power. it becomes power only when, and if, it is organized into definite plans of action and directed to a definite end." Napoleon Hill (Explanation: I may not have all the knowledge and skills of this world. BUT I made use of them. And got the desired results: A *usable* Xorg for sparc-OpenSolaris) For the first time.
