Ok Paul, first.. If you have a yahoo folder, it would be located in C:/program files/yahoo
Or whereever you put it if you changed where you wanted it to be d/l too. If you did change it, my suggestion is to put it in your c drive because then its easier to find the files you need. Secondly, YES yahoo is having big issues with Windows NT. But d/l an older version should have taken care of this. I would also try v. 5.5 1226. When you said you saw the file and it was there.. WHERE exactly did you see it? It could be that the file is not in the correct directory and not registered, and therefore yahoo messenger can't find it. Please advise.
