Thanks for your help, Netti;

I tried all of these. I changed my image size to small; I turned off 
Super Webcam; I turned of my firewall; 

It was working just fine, but all of a sudden it stopped working. Not 
sure if any of my automatic updates from Microsoft caused any changes 
to configuration causing this problm.
