I have Messenmger version 8.a.0.209 and it will not "recognize" my camera. On other Messaging programs, the camera works fine, but on Yahoo Messenger, under "Preferences", "Webcam", the "Camera Selection" and "Camera Source" are "greyed out"
If I attempt to start my Webcam. the computer "locks up" and I must use the "Reset" button and restart the computer. I have tried multiple Logitech cameras with this same result. Any suggestions? Thanks, Lou.
