Just do it on your Yahoo Profile and you are! Make yourself 29 and then start celebrating the anniversaries of your 29th B-day so instead of 30, it's 1st anniversary of 29, 31 is 2nd anniversary, so on and so forth. At 50, it's the 21st anniversary of your 29th B-day... sounds so much better. LOL

Yahoo does not release your "real" birthdate to the public. You set that by editing your Yahoo Profile. I'm still 29 on some of my profiles. LOL I have multiple Yahoo ID's for different things... businesses, home, hobbies, etc.. Here's this group's tutorial on editing the new Yahoo Profiles. http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Yahoo_Messenger/message/6115 <http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Yahoo_Messenger/message/6115> Of course, Yahoo has made some more changes to the profiles since this tutorial was written and Yahoo has decided to do away with the Yahoo 360 Profiles, incorporating some of the 360 features into the normal Yahoo Profile, which is the way it should have been done from the beginning. You can make yourself whatever age you want to be in your profile and that should show up as your age in the profile summaries in the member lists of yahoo groups. I know some other social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook will automatically change your age on your birthday each year but Yahoo Profiles do not work the same way the last time I checked. With your YM open (or from other links from Yahoo websites), choose the main Messenger Menu, then My Account Info. On that page, there are several editable sections, including one with your Birthdate. Mine says "On File" behind it so I'm not sure what Birthdate I gave Yahoo when I got the account. I may have been feeling in one of my younger moods that day. ;-) Editing your profile is a much different beast as you can change that to show whatever you like... even on a minute by minute basis but that does not affect the birthdate you gave Yahoo when you signed up for an account as that is what they use to determine your access to the various Yahoo services, some of which might be adult oriented. Your age that is showing up in Yahoo Groups as part of a summary of your profile should be the age that you edited onto your profile. Of course, with all of the Yahoo server issues that have been affecting Yahoo Groups for many, many months, I would expect to see errors in the compilation/ reporting of this summary information. I use 8.1 btw, don't care for the new version.
