Uploaded a new patch to address all the previous comments.
[~mshen] [~jhung] Could you take a look at this jira as well as
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-5746 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-5756. I am considering these three
jiras as the pre-requirements for both YARN-5734 and YARN-5761.
