Thanks for the update. A couple doc issues:
* In {{yarn-defaults.xml}}, you have "then the he." Probably not what you
meant. Also, the sentence with that phrase doesn't make sense to me. Do you
mean that if the property is false, the directory doesn't exist, and the user
has write permission, then the directory will be created?
* Same for {{NodeManagerCgroups.md}}
