Thanks for triggering Jenkins manually, I have made 2 changes. Primarily, I
have increased the base port to 1500. This is the cause of failure for all. RPC
server does not start if port is less than 1024 unless it is running in
specific user. So, every time RPC server start was failed with exception
permission denied. Secondly, I added RM_HA_ID. Without this configuration, RM
automatically detect and test passes, but to make sure configurations are in
line with production cluster, I added this.
