+1 LGTM,
Regarding test failure, it looks you are uploading default configurations,
{{uploadDefaultConfiguration();}}. This loads hadoop-policy.xml which can be
used ACL for RPC servers. So, in your test do not upload default configuration
which is enough to test our use case. Can you try with it?
