some comments on the patch
Test :
# Could you move HA configurations to method so that duplicate code can be
avoided? The test testRMHAWithFileSystemBasedConfiguration appears to have same
set of configurations. It could be refactored to method.
# Could you use ResourceManager object instead of MockRM so that real admin
service will be started.
# Given 2nd point is addressed, method in admin service *setServer* could be
avoided.
