The Java Doc defined is *Defines the flow run id. If specified, retrieve the
next set of earlier entities from specified id. The set also includes specified
fromId.* I do not see any issue with the sentence. Give fromId=10, it retrieves
next set of earlier entity means older entities than fromId including 10 i.e
10, 9, 8...!!!
