Have similar thought as Rohith. I had thought about this too but went with
sending it for every entity for the sake of consistency and the fact that even
if we consider fromId value length on an average equal to 50-60 bytes and
default 100 entities retrieved in a single call, say, payload size shouldn't be
too much.
