Couple of comments:
# I think there is value in keeping the existing config to act as the default
for all resources.
# Reading the config for cpu and memory looks very similar. Is there a chance
we could consolidate them. I know the ResourceTypes code handles similar
configs. Maybe we should pick a consistent approach with them?
